WConnecta - Europe's Biggest Transport Networking Event – is back
Barcelona/Brussels, September 1st, 2021 – The biggest transport networking event in Europe, where a 7-minute conversation can turn into a lifetime deal, is finally back!
WConnecta will be held physically on Friday, November 12, 2021 at the Barceló Sants hotel in Barcelona, Spain. The event has been organized to be more exclusive than ever, while following all necessary health protocols to make it safe for all attendees.
The world may have come to a standstill in 2020, but road freight transport did not. Indeed, the sector, which creates almost 5 million jobs in Europe, has played an essential role in all countries' economic development during the pandemic.
Now it's time for transport industry leaders to meet face-to-face once more, and to revive networking and business opportunities as we come together to the 11th edition of WConnecta.
Leading logistics and transport companies' part of the Alpega Group community, which includes Teleroute and Wtransnet freight exchanges, will be present at the latest edition of the event and will be looking forward more than ever, to discussing business, strengthening alliances, sharing experiences and, most importantly, finding reliable and trusted partners to work with.
Like in the previous 10 editions, the goal of WConnecta is to create a meeting hub for freight transport professionals to foster business alliances. During the event, everyone will be able to forge new links with potential partners from all across Europe through quick meetings and speed networking. A similar commercial activity would normally require months of work, but WConnecta makes it possible in just one day.
Similarly, like in previous editions, all attendees will have access to the Cargo Area, where freight forwarders and carriers can hold longer private meetings, which must be scheduled prior to the event.
This year the event is reducing the delegates capacity in order to celebrate WConnecta in a much more exclusive and COVID SAFE format. To ensure the safety of all participants in the event, a strict protocol will be followed in accordance with the recommendations of the health authorities and the evolution of the pandemic.
In essence, this is the return of an event that all transport professionals have been waiting for to build up their networks and take professional opportunities.
